Job Description:

Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to contribute to the growth of a thriving organization? We're seeking three highly motivated individuals to join our client's team and drive business development both locally and nationally. Leveraging your experience and skills, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and develop targeted lead generation strategies.

  • Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to source potential clients.

  • Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.

  • Assess prospects' readiness to engage with our sales team using established qualification frameworks.

  • Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring alignment with the sales team's priorities.

  • Provide sales representatives with detailed information on qualified prospects.

  • Analyze lead generation and qualification metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead handoff process.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or a similar role.

  • B2B sales experience in telecom, tech, or construction industries highly preferred.

  • Must have experience with sales automation tools, preferably zoominfo or apollo AI.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and trust with clients at all levels.

  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills including the ability to follow-up efficiently and effectively.

  • Ability to travel domestically. (As needed for business)

 

Base salary:

$48K/yr - $60K/yr + Commission
