We're seeking three highly motivated individuals to join our client's team and drive business development both locally and nationally. Leveraging your experience and skills, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research and develop targeted lead generation strategies.

Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to source potential clients.

Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.

Assess prospects' readiness to engage with our sales team using established qualification frameworks.

Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring alignment with the sales team's priorities.

Provide sales representatives with detailed information on qualified prospects.

Analyze lead generation and qualification metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead handoff process.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or a similar role.

B2B sales experience in telecom, tech, or construction industries highly preferred.

Must have experience with sales automation tools, preferably zoominfo or apollo AI.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and trust with clients at all levels.

Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills including the ability to follow-up efficiently and effectively.

Ability to travel domestically. (As needed for business)
Base salary:
$48K/yr - $60K/yr + Commission
